This interactive workshop is grounded in Marzano’s four research-based questions, guiding educators to intentionally design instruction that maximizes student learning and engagement. Participants will explore how to clarify learning goals, track progress, and provide feedback. Through hands-on activities and collaborative discussion, teachers will leave with practical strategies to create classrooms where students are actively engaged, supported in their growth, and consistently moving toward mastery.
